Unfortunately the site doesn't work with the browser Internet Explorer
v. 5. We have tested the site using OS X v. 10.2 with Netscape 7.0+
and Safari Beta 2 and it works fine. You will have to install one of
these browsers in order to view the site.

Why can't I get access?
There are a few of reasons why you may be denied access including:
- You came from an unauthorized site.
- You are behind a firewall or running internet security/firewall software
- Your anti-virus software is preventing access to the site
How can I get access?
Step 1. Disable any internet security software such as

If you have a hardware firewall or proxy you may need
permissions from your network administrator in order for you to view the site.
Step 3. Set your anti-virus software to low. We are not
saying you should disable it the software.

restart your computer.
